After dishes, Hyunjoong and Hwangbo are talking and the former wonders why nobody says thank you for the meal.
Which is justifiable, but I do wish they would exercise their “variety show” reaction instead to make all of us happy. As the boys eat, they all start talking and they warm up to Hwangbo and vice versa.
However, it also comes right after pictures of said drama circulating about the internet and hell, dude is looking smokin’. Also, I’m sure, you’ve seen the hotass bikini photo of Hwangbo. And breakfast in Hwangbo’s dictionary is not just measly bread and jam, it consists of actual main dish with other side dishes and rice. She is cooking a Fried Chicken Soup (I had this before but it came out totally different than what she was making, so I don’t know what the real dish is like) with egg rolls and ham. Thus, they teach her the most successful way to wake Hyunjoong up, by tickling him. What follows is Hwangbo being tested if she is a worthy wife for Hyunjoong.
THAT is the body I will dream about when I am running on the treadmill. As I haven’t eaten in hours, right now this sounds effectively heavenly. Hubby remains in bed so she opts to wake the two other members, Kyujong (luubbbbhhh) and Hyungjoon. Even though Hwangbo is nervous because tickling him would involve a more intimate body contact, she ends up doing it anyway. First part of the test is to prove herself in the kitchen.
And I don’t think quips of “You’re wearing my slipper! When they realize Hwangbo only cleaned Hyunjoong’s room, they want her to clean theirs as well. Sorry, SS boys, but you just lost a point for that. Hwangbo and Hyunjoong cook ramyun together and the first thing Hyunjoong says is “Why did you come? Err, okay, so I meant, things get worse before they get better. After lunch, they play a game of Rock Paper Scissors to decide who does the dishes. I think this is the point where we see both Hwangbo and Hyunjoong start showing their intense desire to win.
When Hwangbo wins against Jungmin, who just won 2 games, they look genuinely thrilled at winning. Although Hwangbo eventually loses to Hyungjoon, I think this moment breaks the ice anyway.
All he needs is just a sexy sigh, which he demostrates, which makes the director turn her head around and look at him weird, lol. I’ve heard the end product, and I actually think Hwangbo’s add on would’ve made the song a lot better, but that’s just me.
